Blackboard Learn with SaaS deployment uses cloud-based technology to provide a more stable and robust environment. While SaaS reduces and simplifies the administrative burden, we understand that some institutions may want to customize and configure the Learn environment for their needs. Blackboard offers two tiers of the SaaS deployment option: Plus and Advantage.
