Ally 2.3.0 Bug fixes and improvements

• Fixed an issue in Moodle after users were redirected to the login page when attempting to save items that contain text areas.
• Fixed an issue where Alternative Formats were available in View Mode within Blackboard Learn. When using "View only" we must prevent downloading content in any formats to prevent copyright issues.
