Bug fixes

We have resolved the following issues in this release. We’ve listed the issues as they were originally entered and, in the order, that they were reported.

  • Improvements to COPE

    • Fixed an issue where quotes and apostrophes show as a code in SMS, Twitter, and Facebook messages. Quotes and apostrophes will show as they are in messages across all modalities.
  • Enhanced the reliability of lockout mechanism

    • Improvised the account lockout mechanism for concurrent failed login attempts.

    • Trying to login with an invalid username or password will result in account lock out after five unsuccessful attempts. The user won't be able to access their account for fifteen minutes.

    • Fixed the issue where review my messages showed the email content instead of the SMS.

  • Improvements to reporting

    • Contact report will have an appropriate category displayed as a part of the report.

    • The message utilization report will show appropriate categories on the chart.

  • Enhanced the reliability of the mobile app

    • Fixed an issue where the iOS mobile app crashed for some districts. The issue was due to the change in the video URL field format when passing the upgraded API.
