Steps: Administration > Site administration > Users > Permissions > Define roles

The site administrator can set different user roles to have specific permissions to the Grader. Most institutions allow a non-editing teacher to be able to enter grades.

  1. From Site Administration select Users, Permissions, and Define roles.
  2. On the Manage Roles tab, select Non-editing Teacher role and then select Edit.
  3. In the Capability list at the bottom of the page, filter by the Grader.
  4. Check Allow for Grade work via Open Grader and View graded work via Open Grader.
  5. Select Save changes.
