Password Reset Tab Overview
The Caller Information section will automatically populate the user's information from the Caller tab if they have an active account.
The Password Reset area displays active user information for the system of a given institution. This area is also where you can reset a user's password for the corresponding system. Before a password can be reset, you must select the checkbox in order for the Password Reset button to become active. This is a cautionary measure to avoid FERPA violations.
The Additional Comments section can be populated with special instructions for your institution's advisors, to assist them with their user interactions.
