How Language Detection Works
Video Studio uses automatic language detection to identify the spoken language in your video. Here's how it works:
- Auto-Detection: The system analyzes the audio and identifies the most likely spoken language based on confidence scoring.
- Single Language Transcription: The language with the highest confidence is used to generate captions and transcripts.
- No Multi-Language Transcription: If a video contains multiple languages, only the dominant language will be transcribed. The system does not currently support detecting or transcribing multiple languages in the same recording.
For the best results, we recommend keeping spoken content in a single language throughout the video.
