Institutions can activate automated recording captioning

New features
As previously announced, speech-to-text captioning of recordings in English was released earlier in February. We are now happy to announce the roll out of the activation process from March 4, 2022.
Activation at the institutional level must be done by an authorized person, and they can consult the activation instructions on the support portal when authenticated as an administrator.
