The Discussion Board Creation module allows administrators to enable users to create institution discussion boards. If users are allowed to create discussion boards, the Discussion Board Creation module appears on the Community tab.
Administrators can make this module available to users with specific institution roles on the properties page for the Discussion Board Creation module.

|Select this option to make discussion board creation functions available to all users.
|Allow users to email requests for discussion board creation
|Select this option and provide a valid email address in the field to allow users to request that the administrator create a discussion board.
