Enhancements to user experience
Launch OTP refresh
Users can authenticate using the passcode via their phone number or email address linked to their account.
Reduce dependency (Phase 1)
We have reduced the data dependencies between BBComms and Reach related to organization, schools, and the user database. This creates a great user experience in real-time data synchronization and processing.
Resolved issues
- Fixed an issue where the active user count was displayed as zero despite having active users in the system.
- Minor UI/UX enhancements
- We fixed an icon alignment issue reported on some mobile devices.
- Channels and direct messages column will show in collapsed and expandable mode.
