Blackboard Student Success Chatbot Oct 2022 release
Anthology Chatbot now integrates with SmartView Live Chat to enable learners to chat with someone for support provided by an agent.
Clients with Premium Chatbot and SmartView Live Chat will automatically provide their chatbot users the option to request support from an agent.

- Offers SmartView Live Chat within the Premium Chatbot interface
- Allows chatbot users to get support from a bot and an agent all in one place
Premium Chatbot will allow users to request 'Chat with someone live' at the click of a button. The feature will be automatically available to all qualifying existing clients at release. In addition, opt-in options are available for Administrators, giving institutions the possibility to further consolidate and enhance the Chatbot to Chat experience. Chatbot interactions handed off to SmartView Live Chat will be tracked as a case, using the Chatbot to SmartView Service Desk integration released earlier this year.
