Fixed an issue in the Institutional Report where the number of items with an accessibility issue was incorrectly inflated by including deleted files in the issues count which caused empty additional pages to be added to the report.
Fixed an issue for D2L Brightspace users where the quick fixes applied to HTML files through the Instructor Feedback were removing the styles and incorrectly formatting content that was saved back to the LMS.
