Bug fixes.

Here's what the 10.29 release includes:

We have resolved the following issues in this release.

Enhanced the reliability of account management.
- Fixed an issue in the functionality where usernames with spaces couldn't login.
Improvements to library and translation.
- Fixed an issue where a user couldn't delete a library message because of a large audio file. This issue was specific to a customer in the 06-1 cluster.
- Appropriate and supported naming conventions for users creating a Vietnamese group.
- Resolved the date merge tag format in Spanish language. Appropriate date format displayed in messages for Spanish language using merge tag.
Enhanced the reliability of the mobile app.
- Fixed an issue where the user couldn't send an audio message using the HQ admin app.
Backend/DB level changes.
- Separation of prod and non-prod credentials BBComms - Control #14.
- Fetch API credentials every time from Secret Manager instead of importing it as a constant.
- Errors while stopping 'uwsgi' caused the new code to prevent loading.
Infrastructure changes.
- None.
Train the Trainer.
- BBComms 10.29, Reach 1.7, and Uhura 2.39.
