Blackboard Student Success Chatbot Sep 2022 release

Clients with Premium Chatbot and SmartView Service Desk will automatically have Chatbot interactions recorded as SmartView Service Desk cases. 

Similar to Student Success, phone and chat support interactions are managed with SmartView ServiceDesk cases. This provides the advantage of basic case management and reporting on Chatbot interactions, allowing you to distinguish between Learners seeking support on Learn or on a website.
