Follow your mobile app usage!
The Mobile App Reports are listed on the Reports page, allowing you to review different details about your district and school mobile apps. Only the reports available to your district or school will be displayed.
Downloads Report
See all the information needed regarding app downloads and updates. This report allows you to view overall the downloads of the app for both the major markets, Android and Apple. Using this report can help you better to reach out to a school, community, or district using the districts branded app.
- From the Blackboard Communications HQ interface menu, select Reports > Downloads report.
- Select the date range to search.
- Select Generate Report.
The report will display the downloads and updates graph for Apple and Google.
Page Views Report
The Page Views report allows you to see the traffic each page is getting within your district branded app. This report can better help you change the app to best suit the needs of your school, community, and school district.
- Select Reports > Page Views report.
- Select the date range to search.
- Select Generate Report.
The report will display how many times in the district branded app a page has been viewed.
Sort this page by page title or by number of views. The default sorting of the page is by number of views.
School Followers Report
From the School Followers report, you can view the number of followers per school from the district branded app.
- Select Reports > School Followers report.
This report displays the break down of the number of followers by school district and school by school. Followers are based on the number of people who have selected Receive inbox messages in the district branded app.
