System Logs can be downloaded and saved to another location. Downloading a log will not remove the log. The downloaded log is a static file, it will not be updated with system events. System events will continue to be written to the original log.

The logs that are available for download are listed as links. Logs that contain passwords or other sensitive information are marked with a yellow triangle with an exclamation point. For most browsers, clicking the link to a log will open a download window. If it does not download, try right-clicking on a log and selecting Save target as from the menu.

  1. On the Administrator Panel, under Tools and Utilities, select Logs.
  2. Select System Logs.
  3. Select the link for a log.
