Collaborate Ultra Help for Administrators

Our team has been making infrastructure improvements to accommodate significantly increased traffic as a growing number of schools move to fully online courses. We will continue to monitor closely and take any additional steps required to provide a seamless service. If you're just getting started with Collaborate, check out our integrations page to make sure your institution is making the best of it.

As we experience an increase in Collaborate usage, we made the decision to disable some Collaborate features. We will continue to evaluate the usage to determine when we can reactivate them again. Learn more from the Support Bulletin in Behind the Blackboard.
