This version includes improvements in two areas impacting administrators, managers, and students.

Expanded password length setting—2.10

Impact: Learners, Managers, Administrators

Previously, our system allowed the minimum password length to be set to one digit. With the latest update, institutions can now set the minimum password length to a two-digit number. Longer passwords can help increase security by allowing more complex and varied password choices.

Simplified reporting for key insights—2.10

Impact: Managers, Administrators

We have made some improvements to our reporting system to provide key insights for managers. Our reports have been simplified to ensure clarity and ease of use.

Updated reports:

  • Offering List: a concise overview of the TDM offerings
  • Course Enrollment: comprehensive information on course enrollments
  • Course Completion: a list of students who have completed a given grade column in a given course
  • User Listing: a list of users who have signed up in a given time frame and their enrollment information
  • Student Activity: detailed insights into student performance and activities

We have added a new column for the overall grade in the Student Activity report. This additional field complements the existing data, providing a more complete view of learners' performance in their courses.
