Administrator Panel > Building Blocks > Installed Tools

  1. To enable the Building Block, place a check next to Blackboard Collaborate, click the Availability drop-down menu and select Set Available.

  2. Click the chevron next to Blackboard Collaborate to open the options drop-down menu and select Settings.

    The chevron appears only when the mouse hovers over the appropriate row.

  3. On the settings page, click the appropriate link to configure the Building Block.
