You can print assessments to:

  • Accommodate students with specific needs or limited technology access.
  • Provide a printed assessment for testing in designated centers.
  • Support backups and record keeping.
  • Conduct offline assessment.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance.
  • Sustain security and integrity.

Print a form, test, or assessment

  1. From the gradebook, open a form, test, or assignment with questions.
  2. Select Content and Settings. 
  3. Select Print. An answer key will be automatically generated and printed with the test.

To save the assessment as a PDF, select the Print to PDF option. 

Print versions of a test

When the test is configured to randomize questions or answer options and when the test includes question pools, you can generate a new version of the test each time you select print.
