Set your school status for community members to see in your school mobile app!

The School Status feature in the Blackboard Communications HQ app allows you to set the current status for a school. The status will be available to parents and other community members using the Blackboard Mobile Communications app.

Status levels can include options such as Opened, Closed, or Early Dismissal.

Set the school status

  1. From the Blackboard Communications HQ app, select School Status.
  2. Select the current status for the school.
  3. Select Done when finished.

Add a new status

You can create a new status for a school.

  1. Select the Add + icon.
  2. Type the status and select Add.
