Microsoft Windows Server 2008(R1) and Microsoft SQL Server 2008(R1) are unsupported for Blackboard Learn 9.1 SP12 and later. Consult the release notes for your version of Blackboard Learn to understand which technologies are supported in self-hosted systems.
