Get Anthology Illuminate

Get access to Anthology Illuminate by submitting an Anthology Support new report case.

  1. Log in to Anthology Support.
  2. Select the Support dropdown menu.
  3. Select Create a case.
  4. Enter the required information on the form: 
    • Account: your institution
    • Product Groups: Anthology Illuminate
  5. Select Next.
  6. Enter the required information on the form:
    • Issue Topic: Support Center
    • Functional Area: Add user
    • Subject: Anthology Illuminate - New user creation request

  7. For the Description field, enter the first name and surname, email, and role for up to 20 individuals to get Anthology Illuminate user accounts. 

    The roles recognized by Anthology Illuminate are BbDataDeveloper (Snowflake access) and BbDataReportingUser (Reporting access).

  8. The default Severity is level 4. Don't adjust the severity.
  9. In the CC email fields, you can optionally include email accounts that you want CC’d on the support ticket.
  10. Select Next to submit your support ticket.
  11. Once the accounts are created, activate accounts by performing a first-time password reset.

Anthology Illuminate Entitlements

Anthology Illuminate is available to all Learn SaaS clients hosted in the US, Canada, EU, Sydney, and Singapore AWS regions.

Anthology Illuminate Standard grants your institution with:

  • 20 seat licenses for Reporting.
  • 350 Snowflake credits for Developer.
  • 1 service account that enables you to connect to different BI tools as well as to your own institutional data platforms.

Institutions, where Institutional Hierarchy has been set up, are entitled to:

  • 30 seat licenses for Reporting.
  • 350 Snowflake credits for Developer.
  • 1 service account that enables you to connect to different BI tools as well as to your own institutional data platforms.

 

Anthology Illuminate reserves the right to modify these entitlements as necessary to improve our services or address evolving needs. Any updates will be communicated to you in advance, ensuring your institution has sufficient time to prepare and adjust accordingly.
