Updated features
Along with the release of the recording captioning feature, we wanted to make sure we give institutions the ability to keep track of the consumption of captioning services. This will allow managers to know how many minutes of automated captioning their institution have been using so they can compare with their contractual quota.
The report is visible for all institutions, those who don’t have the captioning feature activated will simply see zero minutes used in this report.
