Import users to a PassKey

You can assign individual users or groups of users to a PassKey when you edit the PassKey.

You may want to import users for to PassKey. This allows the users to use the PassKey. Create a comma separated file (CSV) that contains these following fields in the same order.

  • Web Community Manager user name
  • PassKey user name
  • PassKey password

This doesn't add new user accounts into Web Community Manager. Users in this import file must have a user account in Web Community Manager already. This import only makes the PassKey available to the users listed.
