Preview Tabs by Institution Role

Test how a tab appears for specific institution roles from the Preview by Institution Role page. When a role is selected, the tab appears in the page exactly as it appears to that role.

Preview a tab

  1. On the Administrator Panel, under Communities, select Tabs and Modules.
  2. Select Tabs.
  3. In the tab's menu, select Preview Tab.
  4. Select a role from the Roles to Select field and move them to the Selected Roles field.
  5. Select Preview. The tabs appear in a separate window.
  6. Select OK when finished.

Select Browse to Copy Roles from specific users. Select a user and select Go. Roles appear in the Selected Roles field.
