Anthology Illuminate Canonical Data Model (CDM) data refresh frequency

  • CDM_LMS (Blackboard Learn): Overnight, aligned to the timezone of the Blackboard Learn instance.
  • CDM_SIS (Anthology Student): once a day at 8:00 AM UTC
  • CDM_CLB (Class Collaborate) : every 2 hours.
  • CDM_TLM (Telemetry from multiple Anthology solutions) : every 30 minutes.
