Training and Development Manager v.2 (TDM) is a Blackboard ® Learn extension that lets you take courses in areas such as continuing education, professional development, and community enrichment without enrolling in the institution as a student. You can create an account, self-enroll in courses you want to complete, and earn certificates. You access your courses on a dashboard that contains all your past, present, and future courses, as well as certificates that you have earned or can still earn in those courses.
