You can use the Controls section to filter and refine the data shown in each report tab based on your needs. Each tab has a specific set of Controls or filters you can use. You can always go back and reset your controls.

What proportion of courses are ready to start?
This donut chart shows the proportion of courses that are ready to start.
Consider:
A course is ready to start if there is:
-
At least one instructor is enrolled.
-
One or more students are enrolled.
-
At least one content item created or updated since the course creation time.
What actions need to be taken to get courses ready?
This table shows the actions that need to be taken for a course to be ready to start.
Consider:

A course is ready to start if there is:
-
At least instructor is enrolled.
-
One or more students are enrolled.
-
At least one course content item created or updated since the course creation time.
-
There’s a column per each measure considered for a course to be ready to start.
-
A measure is marked as Yes, if the measure if complete.
-
A measure is marked as No if the measure is not completed.
-
The courses with the set of readiness measures are counted together.
How do Institutional Hierarchy Nodes compare in regards to course readiness?
This stacked bar chart measures the proportion of courses that are ready and not ready to start by each child of the Institutional Hierarchy Node you've selected.
How do Institutional Hierarchy Nodes compare in regards to course readiness measures?
This table compares the Institutional Hierarchy Nodes you've selected in regards to the course readiness measures by term. The Percentage of courses by readiness measures calculates how many courses have the same set of readiness state out of the total amount of courses for that specific Institutional Hierarchy Node by term.
Which courses are ready or not ready to start?
This table lists all the courses under the Institutional Hierarchy Node you've selected that are either ready or not ready to start.
Consider:

At least one content item created or updated since the course creation time.
