The Offering Manager creates different versions of the Course, called Offerings, for each instance the course is delivered. Each Offering is designed to meet the specific learning objectives for its delivery format and situation.
A TDM Offering Manager can create, edit, delete, and view Offerings of predefined Courses. Optionally, Offering Managers can assign Approved Instructors, Certificates, and Costs to Offerings.
