Learning Management System (LMS) Tab Overview
The Search LMS User area will automatically populate the LMS User's information from the Caller tab if the user has an active LMS account. You can also search other accounts for research purposes.
The LMS User Information area displays the results from the Search LMS User field. If there is more than one result, the Course Information & Blackboard Account fields will not populate until an account is selected.
The LMS Account area displays the selected LMS User's profile information. This area is also where you can reset a LMS User's password. Before a password can be reset, you must select the checkbox in order for the Password Reset button to become active. This is a cautionary measure to avoid FERPA violations.
The Course Information section displays courses that are tied to the selected LMS User's profile. You can view items such as Course Availability and Instructor Information.
