The Course Management screen lists all the courses currently in the catalog. You must access the Course Management screen to add, delete, and update courses.

The Course Management Screen

  1. Sign in to Course Catalog.
  2. Select Administration.
  3. Select Course Management.

You will see a list of rows showing each course in the catalog. Each catalog row displays the Course ID, the Course Name, and whether the course is available. A More Info link will display the available languages for the course, any associated offerings, categories, associated templates, a link to associated instructors, and a link to associated course prerequisites.

Add a course

  1. Navigate to the Course Management screen.
  2. Select Add Course.
  3. Fill out all required fields.
  4. Select Save to save your course.

Search for a course

Navigate to the Course Management screen and type the title of the course you are looking for into the search box at the top of the list of courses.

Update a course

  1. Navigate to the Course Management screen.
  2. Select the ellipsis icon on the course row.
  3. Select Edit.

  1. Make the appropriate changes and click Save.

You can update any course characteristic except the course ID.

Change the availability of a course

To quickly change the availability of a course, select the arrow next to the current availability in the course row on the Course Management screen. Choose the updated availability from the menu.

Delete a course

  1. Navigate to the Course Management screen.
  2. Select the ellipsis icon on the course row.
  3. Select Delete.
  4. Select Delete in the confirmation dialog.
