Blackboard Instructor enables instructors to view course content, connect with students in discussions, and interact with a class in Blackboard Collaborate. The app is available for iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices.
The initial launch of Blackboard Instructor in July of 2017 focused on key communication tools, as we know that student engagement is critical to success. Grading capabilities are currently being validated by users and will follow in the coming months.* In the meantime, the Bb Grader app is available for instructors to access mobile grading.
Blackboard administrators can learn how to enable access to the Blackboard and Blackboard Instructor apps at their institutions.
Current Mobile Learn users will continue to have access to Mobile Learn after it's removed from app stores and after support ends. However, Blackboard cannot guarantee continued usability of the application.
