Joining Anthology Adopt Community Hub
To join the community, send an email from your institutional email address to [email protected] asking to join the Anthology Adopt Community Hub. The Anthology Adopt Team will generate an invitation email for you. The invitation will come from [email protected] and will contain an invitation link to access the Anthology Adopt Community Hub. If you do not receive this, please check your spam/junk/quarantine folders. The registration link is valid for 72 hours.
Finding the Anthology Adopt Community Hub
After accepting the invitation to the Anthology Adopt Community Hub, you can navigate to the hub from your Adopt subscription by selecting Anthology Adopt Community Hub from the list of subscriptions available to you.
Copying guides from the hub to your subscription
To copy guides from the hub to your subscription:
1. Hover over the guide you want to copy to your subscription.
2. Select the Copy to Subscription icon.
3. Choose the subscription you want to copy the guide to from the dropdown list, then select Copy Guide.
4. When you see a message informing you that the guide has been copied successfully, select Close.
5. Switch to the subscription you copied the guide to. The guide will appear at the top of the list of guides in that subscription in Draft status.
6. You can now preview and edit the guide in your own subscription.
Contributing guides to the hub
Once published, the guides cannot be edited or deleted by Community Hub users. If you have updated a guide and want to share the updated version, you can contribute it to the hub as a new guide. If you want to have the original guide removed, email [email protected] with your request and we can remove it for you.
Follow the steps in Copying guides from the hub to your subscription. When contributing guides to the hub, you need to take one more action to prevent other users from changing or deleting the guide you contributed in the hub. After copying your guide to the hub, switch back to the hub and change the status of the guide to Public.
