If cloud is turned on, users are given more opportunity to express themselves in personal ways. This means that there are more chances that some of the users will post inappropriate content. Other users can report content they believe is inappropriate.

After content has been reported, a notification is emailed to the designated local support contact email address.
Your institution is responsible for reviewing the reported content and taking the necessary action. Blackboard recommends your institution have a policy created and publicly available on online abusive behavior and inappropriate content.
On the Administrator Panel, under Cloud Management, select Reported Items to review the reported content.
