On the Content List Display Options page, you can choose which items are visible or hidden from users on the Content List page. For example, the option to copy items can be made available, or hidden from the Content List page. Administrators can also set which columns appear on the page.


Set the content list display options

  1. On the Administrator Panel, under Content Management, select Display Options.
  2. Select Content List Display Options. The following table describes the available fields.
  3. Select Submit.
Field Description
Display Actions Select Yes or No to select which items appear in the action bar. Actions that do not appear are hidden. They are not restricted.
Display Columns Select Yes or No to select which columns are displayed in the Content List.
Quota Information Select Yes or No to determine whether to display quota information for the listed items.
Set Default Items per Page Select the number of items displayed on a single page before the user must continue to the next window to view additional items.
