You must configure the roles that have access to Universal Authentical Solution v2.
Configure the roles for Universal Authentication Solution v2
- Sign in to Blackboard with an account that has system admin privileges.
- Access the Administrator Panel.
- Select Platform Extensions Manager in the Tools and Utilities area.
- Select Configuration on the Authentication Adapters Gateway tile.
- Choose the roles that will have access to Universal Authentication Solution v2 from the Auth Adapter Manager menu.
- Select Save.
