This KPI shows the number of active LMS users within the filters you’ve selected.  

Consider:  

  • The percent difference is given by the difference in active LMS users on the Primary Date Range and the Primary Date Range you’ve selected.

How many active LMS courses are there? 

This KPI shows the number of active courses in the LMS within the filters you’ve selected. 

Consider: 

  • The percent difference is given by the difference in number of active courses in the LMS on the Primary Date Range and the Comparison Date Range you’ve selected.

Which modalities are used to access LMS sessions? 

These donut charts show the modalities through which users accessed the LMS.  

Consider: 

  • Sessions represent how many times each user accessed your LMS.  
  • A user can open multiple sessions. 

 

What institution roles access LMS sessions? 

This bar chart shows the number of users by role that have accessed LMS sessions during the Primary Date Range and the Comparison Date Range you’ve selected. 

 

What’s the average LMS sessions by day of the week and time interval? 

These heatmaps rate data in relation to the amount of activity per day of the week and two-hour time intervals.
