Session Activity and Duration 

How many rooms were active?  

These line graphs show the number of active rooms in Class Collaborate during the Primary Date Range and the Comparison Data Range you’ve selected. 

 

How many sessions were launched? 

These line graphs show the number of sessions launched in Class Collaborate during the Primary Date Range and the Comparison Data Range you’ve selected. 

Consider:  

  • You have both a dedicated course room and the ability to schedule as many new sessions as you want within that dedicated course room. 

 

What’s the session length? 

Session duration measures session length based on your selected Primary Date Range. The KPIs show the minimum, maximum, average, median, and sum of session length. 

Consider:  

  • Minimum, maximum, average, and median calculations include data points that differ significantly from other observations. 
  • The data is expressed in minutes. 
  • The percent difference is given by the difference in session length on the Primary Date Range and the Comparison Data Range you’ve selected. 
  • DIV/0: There's no data available for the selected Comparison Date Range

 

How long are sessions by date?
