Rows are courses. Columns are general information, scores, and accessibility issues.

  • Term id - The term ID.
  • Term name - The term name.
  • Department id - The department ID.
  • Department name - The department name.
  • Course id - The course ID.
  • Course code - The course code.
  • Course name - The course name.
  • Course url - The course URL.
  • Number of students - Total number of students enrolled in the course.
  • Observed deleted on - The date the course was deleted.
  • Last checked on - The date and time the course was last synced. This should correspond roughly with the last event Ally received for that course.
  • Ally enabled - Shows if instructor feedback and alternative formats are enabled for a course. TRUE is enabled. FALSE is disabled.
  • Total files - Total number of files in the courses.
  • Total WYSIWYG - Total number of (HTML) content created in the Learning Management System (LMS) content editor.
  • Overall score - The average accessibility score for both files and WYSIWYG content combined.
  • Files score - The average score for uploaded file content. For example, PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, images, and so on.
  • WYSIWYG score - The average score for (HTML) content created through the LMS content editor.
  • pdf - Total number of PDFs in the course.
  • image - Total number of images in the course.
  • html-page - Total number of HTML files uploaded in the course. This also includes content created in the course content editor.

Ally Export Issue Columns

Department Report Exports

Department reports

If you have departments configured, you get three department reports included in your export to analyze progress by department over time.

  • department_months
  • department_years
  • department_terms

These department reports are similar to the Months, Years, and Terms reports you already get but include information on the departments. Instead of courses, rows are departments. Columns are still general information, scores, and accessibility issues.

If departments are set up but they are empty, the reports will be blank.
